நம் கம்ப்யூட்டரில் உள்ள ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க்கில் தான் அனைத்து டேட்டாக்களும் பதிவு செய்யப்படுகின்றன. இங்குதான் கம்ப்யூட்டரின் ஆப்பரேட்டிங் சிஸ்டம் அமர்ந்து கொண்டு கம்ப்யூட்டரை இயக்குகிறது. ஏறத்தாழ 50 ஆண்டுகளா கத்தான் ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க் கம்ப்யூட்டரின் ஓர் இன்றியமையாத உறுப்பாக இயங்கி வருகிறது. கம்ப்யூட்டர் பயன்பாடு வந்த தொடக்கத்தில் ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க் என்பதே இல்லை. இப்போது 2 டெராபைட் கொள்ளளவு கொண்ட ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க்குகள் வந்துள்ளன. ஆனால் பத்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு வரை 1 ஜிபிக்கும் குறைவான அளவுள்ள ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க்குகளே புழக்கத்தில் இருந்தன.

ஐ.பி.எம். நிறுவனம் தன்னுடைய RAMAC 305 என்ற சிஸ்டத்தில் மிகப் பெரிய அளவிலான கொள்ளளவுடன் கூடிய ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க்கினை இணைத்து அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது. இந்த மிகப் பெரிய கொள்ளளவு எவ்வளவு தெரியுமா? 5 எம்.பி. அப்போது அது உண்மையிலேயே மிகப் பெரிய அளவிலான திறன் தான். ஒரு எம்பி டேட்டா கொள்ளளவிற்கு 10 ஆயிரம் டாலர் விலை எனக் குறிக்கப்பட்டது. இதன் திட அளவு இரண்டு ரெப்ரிஜிரேட்டர் அளவிற்கு இருந்தது. இதில் 24 அங்குல அளவுள்ள 50 பிளாட்டர்கள் இருந்தன.

நவீன வின்ச்செஸ்டர் ஹார்ட் டிரைவினை ஐ.பி.எம். கொண்டு வந்தது. 14 அங்குல பிளாட்டர்கள் 11 இருந்தன. திறன் 100 எம்பி.

ஐ.பி.எம். 62 – ரோட்டரி ஆக்சுவேட்டருடன் வந்த முதல் ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க். 5 அல்லது 9 எம்பி திறனுடன் அமைந்தது.

43 எப்.டி. கிறிஸ்டல் என்னும், முதல் வளைந்து கொடுக்கக் கூடிய டிஸ்க் டிரைவ்; இரு பக்கமும் எழுதக் கூடியது. 8 அங்குல அகலத்துடன் 0.568 எம்பி கொள்ளளவு கொண்டது.

ஷுகார்ட் அசோசியேட்ஸ் என்னும் நிறுவனம் முதல் 5.25 அங்குல அகலத்தில் ப்ளெக்ஸிபிள் டிஸ்க்கினைக் கொண்டு வந்தது. இதில் 0.2188 எம்பி டேட்டா பதியலாம்.

1979

பியுஜிட்ஸு நிறுவனம் 10.5 அங்குல அகலத்தில் ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க் டிரைவினைத் தந்தது. ஆறு பிளாட்டர்கள் உள்ளன.

ஸீகேட் டெக்னாலஜிஸ் நிறுவனம் எஸ்.டி. 506 என்ற 5.25 அங்குல ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க்கினை 5 எம்.பி திறனுடன் கொண்டு வந்தது. இதில் 4 பிளாட்டர்கள் இருந்தன.

1980

முதல் கிகாபைட் அளவிலான ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க். ஐ.பி.எம். கொண்டு வந்த இந்த ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க் ஒரு ரெப்ரிஜிரேட்டர் அளவு இருந்தது. 250 கிலோ எடையுடன் 40 ஆயிரம் டாலர் மதிப்பு கொண்டிருந்தது.

1981

சோனி நிறுவனமும் டிஸ்க் தயாரிப்பு பணியில் இறங்கியது. 3.5 அங்குல ப்ளெக்ஸிபில் டிஸ்க்கினைக் கொண்டு வந்தது.கொள்ளளவு திறன் 0.4375 எம்பி.

1983

ரோடிம் முதல் 3.5 அங்குல ஹார்ட் டிஸ்க்கினைத் தயாரித்து வழங்கியது.இதில் இரண்டு பிளாட்டர்கள் இருந்தன. அளவு 10 எம்பி.

ACCESS YOUR DESKTOP ICONS FROM YOUR TASKBAR

Do you ever want to access your desktop, or shortcut icons on your desktop when your screen is cluttered with windows which you don't want to minimize?

A simple solution. Place a shortcut to your desktop atop your START Menu. Here's how:

1) Right click on your TASKBAR and choose PROPERTIES.
2) Select the START MENU PROGRAMS tab, then the ADVANCED button.
3) In the right panel, under the PROGRAMS folder, you will see any shortcuts you have already placed atop your START menu. Right click here in the white space here and choose NEW, then SHORTCUT.

4. In the command line for your shortcut, type c:\windows\desktop (If your Windows directory has another name, substitute that name for windows).

5. Click NEXT. Then in the name box, name your shortcut Desktop.

6. Click the FINISH button.

7. Close the Explorer window, then click ok in TASKBAR PROPERTIES.

8. Now, open START on your taskbar. VOILA! Your desktop folder icon should be visible. Click it to open your desktop folder.
Success!
You will now be able to view and access your desktop shortcut icons (not non-shortcut icons). If you want ALL desktop icons to be visible (Recycle Bin, My Computer etc.), you will need to place shortcuts to these other icons on your desktop.
Hint:
If you normally hide your taskbar, so that it is not always on top of other windows, you can access it at any time from any program by pressing and holding control, then pressing escape (the ESC key at top left of your keyboard). You may then quickly choose your desktop folder and access desktop icons as well as any other programs accessible via your taskbar and programs menu.
OPEN EXPLORER RATHER THAN MY COMPUTER TO VIEW FILES
(This is a great tip!! One of the most useful customizations...)

Have you created drive icons for your hard drives and floppy drives on your desktop

If so, you may wish that they opened in the two-paned Explorer view, rather than in My Computer.
To change the default view to Explorer:

1) Open Explorer (from Start, Programs, Explorer, or if you have created it, from the Explorer icon on your desktop).

2) Choose the View, Options menu.

3) Select the File Types tab.

4). Under registered file types, double click on FOLDER.

5) From the list of actions, select explore.

6) Click on the SET DEFAULT button at bottom right!

Now when you double click on a folder or open a drive icon shortcut Explorer will open instead of My Computer.

If you have 512 MB or more of RAM, you can increase system performance by having the Windows XP 'Core' kept in the RAM instead of paged on the hard disk.

Go to Start -> Run - Type regedit and press enter - On the left hand side tree, navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\

- On the list on the right side, look for an entry called 'DisablePagingExecutive'
- Double click it
- Press 1 on your keyboard
- Click OK
- Exit regedit and reboot the computer

நமது கணிணியில் நாமோ அல்லது நம் வீட்டு குட்டீசோ விளையாட Game சாப்ட்வேர் இன்ஸ்டால் செய்திருப்போம் இதனை கணிணி software Registery ல் அப்டேட் செய்து விடும் நாம் இந்த game விளையாட தொடங்கும் போது புதிய சில Instructions மூலம் இயங்க வைக்கும் சிலநாட்களில் அதனை Delete செய்து அடுத்த Game விளையாடுவோம் .

நாம் அதனை remove செய்தாலும் அந்த instructions நமது கணினியிலேயே தங்கிவிடும்.

ஒவ்வொரு முறை கணிணியை இயக்கும்போதும் கணிணி இந்த instructions ஐ செயல்படுத்த முயற்சிக்கும் நாம் அந்த Software ஐ ஏற்கனவே delete செய்துவிட்டோம் எனவே அதனை கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியாது இதற்க்கு registry error என்று பெயர் . இவ்வாறு பல software நாம் பயன்படுத்தி நீக்கியிருந்தால் நமது கணிணி மேற்கூறிய செயல்களால் மெதுவாக செயல்பட தொடங்கும் .இதனை கண்டறிந்து நீக்கினாலே மீண்டும் அந்த வேகத்தை பெற்றுவிடமுடியும் . இதனை எவ்வாறு கண்டறிவது, இதனை கண்டறிந்து நீக்க எனப்படும் software உள்ளது. இதனை நிறுவி அவற்றை முழுமையாக நீக்கலாம்.

இயங்குதள வரலாற்றில், விண்டோஸ் 7 தான் அதிக அளவில் விற்பனை செய்யப்பட்ட மற்றும் செய்யபட போகும் இயங்குதளமாக இருக்கும் என மைக்ரோசாப்ட் நிறுவனம் கருதுகிறது.

கணணி செய்தி கணினிகளுக்கு தீங்கு விளைக்கும் 6 வித வைரஸ்கள்

கணினிகளைத் தாக்க நாள்தோறும் பல்லாயிறக்கணக்கான வைரஸ்கள் உருவாக்கப்படுகின்றன. அவற்றை பண்புவாரியாக பிரித்துப் போட்டுப் பார்த்தால், மொத்தமாக 6 வகைகள் தேறும். அவை என்ன என்ன? எப்படிப் பட்டவை?

1. Boot Sector Viruses:

அதாவது, பூட் செக்டார் வைரஸ் என்பது, நமது கணினியின் BIOS என சொல்லிப்படும் "அடிப்படை உள்ளீட்டு அல்லது வெளியீட்டு முறை" எனும் சிஸ்டம் மீது தான் தாக்குகின்றன. பொதுவாக வைரஸ் வந்ததை உண்ர்ந்தால் உடனே இயங்குதள நிறுவி குறுந்தகட்டை தேடி எடுத்து, மறு நிறுவல் செய்து விடுவோம். அப்படி எல்லாம் செய்தால் இந்த பூட் செக்டார் வைரஸை அசைத்துக் கூடப் பார்க்க முடியாது. நீங்கள் புதியதாக ஒரு HDD வாங்கி வந்து வைத்தாலும் சரி, அதுவும் பாதிக்கப்படும். காரணம் இது தாக்குவது பாதிப்பது எல்லாம் MBR (MBR என்றால் Master Boot Record ஆகும். இது இயங்குதளத்தை கண்டுபிடித்து இயங்க வகை செய்யும்) எனும் தகவலைச் சேமித்துவைத்திருக்கும் BIOS-இன் பகுதியைத் தான். அதனால் BIOS ரெகவரி டிஸ்க் ஒன்று உருவாக்கி BIOS-ஐ மீள்-நிறுவல் செய்து, HDD-இனையும் அழித்து, இயங்குதளம் மீள்-நிறுவல் செய்து தான் கணினியைக் காப்பாற்ற முடியும்.

2. கூடாத நிரல் அல்லது கோப்புகள்:

இந்த வகை வைரஸ்கள், நிரல்களாகவோ அல்லது கோப்பாகவோ ஹார்ட் டிஸ்கில் இயங்குதளத்தின் பார்ட்டீசனில் உட்கார்ந்துக் கொள்ளும். இவை, இயங்குதளம் தொடங்கும் போதே, தானும் தொடங்கி தன் கூடாத செய்கையினால் கணினியை பாதிப்புக்குள்ளாக்கும். அந்த நிரல்/கோப்பு எதுவென்று தெரிந்தாலே, Task Manager கொண்டு நிறுத்திவிடலாம். பின்னர், அழித்தும் விடலாம்.

3. Stealthy Virus:

இவையும் இரண்டாவதாக சொல்லப்பட்ட வைரஸ் போலத் தான். ஆனால், இந்த வகை வைரஸ்கள் தனது அடையாளத்தைக் காட்டிக் கொள்வதே இல்லை. இதனால், இதனைக் கண்டுபிடித்து முடக்க/அழிக்க மிகவும் கடினமானதும் கூட. Anti-Virus இருக்கிறதே என தப்புக் கணக்குப் போடாதீர். வேட்டியாடும் Anti-Virus-களிடம் தான் இதன் விளையாட்டே. நீங்கள் வைரஸ் ஸ்கேன் செய்யத் தொடங்கியவுடன் தனது கோப்பிற்கு, ஒரு நல்ல நிரல் என்ற பிம்பத்தை உருவாக்கிவிட்டுத் தானே தற்காலிகமாக முடங்கிக்கொள்ளும். இதனால், Anti-virus-களிடம் இது அகப்படாது தப்பித்துவிடும்.

4. MultiPartite:

இந்த வகை வைரஸ்கள் மேலே சொல்லப்பட்ட மூன்று வகையிலும் சார்ந்தவை. இதனால், இது பாதிக்காத இடமே கணினியில் இருக்காது. இவ்வாறான வைரஸ்கள் பெரும்பாலும் தாக்குவது குறைவாக இருந்தாலும், தாக்கப்பட்டால் பெரும்பாதிப்பு உண்டாகும்.

5. Polymorphic:

பாலிமார்பிக் வைரஸ்கள், தங்களைத் தாங்களே திருத்தி எழுதிக்கொள்ளும் வல்லமைக் கொண்டவை. இதனால் வைரஸ் ஸ்கேன் செய்யும் போது தன்னை ஒரு ஸ்பைவேராகவும், ஸ்பைவேருக்கு ஸ்கேன் செய்யும் போது தன்னை ஒரு வைரஸாகவும் மாற்றிக் கொண்டு பாதிப்பை உண்டாக்கிய வன்னம் இருக்கும்.

6. Macro

This will allow you to bypass the Microsoft Genuine Validation thingythis method works better than many others i've tried before.
forget the cracks and injectors etc... this is the BEST WAY:
1) start > run > "regedit" (without the quotes of course)
2) go to the key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WPAEvents\OOBETimer...and doubleclick on it.

CD Burning

Disable CD Burning
Exciting isn't it?

The user can't burn any CDs by this trick. This restriction will disable the use of the inbuilt CD recording functions of Windows.

Open your registry and follow this path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>Windows>Current Version>Policies>Explorer and
create this key: "NoCDBurning" and set its value to 1. Close you registry and logout/restart your system for the change to take the effect.

Recover the lost administrators password in Windows XP

Slightly more work needed if you lose or forget the Windows XP administrator password.

1.First reboot Windows XP in safe mode by re-starting the computer and pressing F8 repeated as the computer starts up.

2.Then (in safe mode) click Start and then click Run. In the open box type "control userpasswords2" without the quotes - I have just used quotes to differentiate what you have to type.

3.You will now have access to all the user accounts, including the administrators account and will be able to reset the lost password.

4.Just click the administrators user account, and then click Reset Password.

5.You will need to add a new password in the New password and the Confirm new password boxes, and confirm by clicking OK.


All done, you have recovered the lost adminitrators password!

Error Reporting in XP

If error reporting in XP is bugging you then turn it off.

When a system error occurs in XP, a little dialog box appears asking if you want to report the error to Microsoft. Click the message box to make it disappear. You don't have to report the error if you don't want to and on today's "Call for Help" Leo shows you how to turn off the feature if you find it distracting.

To disable error reporting, follow these directions:

1. Right-click My Computer and choose Properties.
2. Click the Advanced tab on your System Properties dialog box.
3. Click the Error Reporting button on the Advanced tab.
4. Place a checkmark next to "Disable error reporting."
5. Leave the other radio button unchecked next to the text labeled, "But notify me when critical errors occur."
6. Click OK.

Create admin account from Guest

To create an administrator account is easy. You just need to use your guest account and create one administrator account instantly. Just follow the steps :
Open Notepad, paste the following :

And save it to a bat file.

Backup a Whole Computer

Step1
The first step is to figure out where you will be backing up the computer to. You need an external hard drive with enough space to store a full backup. To determine how much space you need on a Windows PC, go to My Computer, right-click the drive, and click on "Properties". From there, click on the "General" tab, and look at the size of the drive. If there are multiple drives on the computer, figure out the total size of all the hard drives. Buy an external (USB) hard drive that's at least twice the size of your computer's hard drives.

Step2
Once you have the hard drive, you must acquire backup software. There are several options available, like Norton Ghost and Macrium Reflect. Each piece of software is similar, but Macrium Reflect has a free edition, which will be used for this article. A download link is in the "Resources" section, located near the bottom of the page. Follow the instructions on screen to install the software.

Step3
Plug in the USB drive, following the manufacturer's instructions, and then load the backup software. Once you have the software loaded, you must create a new backup. In Macrium Reflect Free Edition, click on the "Create a backup image of an entire disk or selected partition(s)" button. Read the instructions on screen and select the disks to backup. You will need to select the backup location as well; make sure you select the USB hard drive!

Step4
Run the backup. The backup will take a long time, depending on the size of the hard drive. Once the whole backup has been completed, exit the backup program.

Clean Your Computer's Desktop

Having a desktop on your computer with a million icons in random places not only looks bad, but makes it very hard to find things. Here are some steps to declutter your computer's desktop.

Step1
Delete unused shortcut icons. Think of all the shortcuts that you created when installing various programs. Do you really use those applications enough to warrant a shortcut? Probably not. Shortcuts should be reserved for the programs you use the most -- most likely your preferred browser and favorite games!

Step2
Create new folders and label them with categories such as "Office Documents" and "Family Photos" and then move those files into their respective folders. This helps declutter your desktop, and also organizes all your files in the process.

Step3
Use a higher resolution. Bigger screen resolutions gives you more screen real estate, and allows you to work with your files in an easier and more convenient manner. When you use smaller screen resolutions, you can only show so many files on your desktop at once.

Step4
Move any personal photos and documents into your Documents folder. There is generally no reason why you should have personal files on your desktop, especially if you are sharing this computer with someone else. Keep them organized in appropriate folders off the desktop, and leave your screen real estate for the most important applications only.

Step5
When you've forgotten what your wallpaper looks like because of all your icons and you are too lazy to do the steps above, simply right click on the desktop and choose the View option. Then, disable the "Show Desktop Icons" feature, and all your icons will disappear until you turn this option back on!

Make your computer to perform run better and faster

As someone who's taught computers and business, I'll give you some great advice to making your computer run even better and faster.


Step1
Clean out temporary files

Whenever you surf the Internet, there are tons of files that are downloaded behind the scenes onto your computer. These can really mount up and slow things down! So I suggest you clean these files out and remove them. Fortunately, Windows has a neat little utility program that will do this for you.

a) Click on the Start menu
b) Click on Programs
c) Click on Accessories
d) Click on System Tools
e) Click on Disk Cleanup

A dialog box will open with several boxes that will be checked. Make sure the one that says Temporary Internet Files is checked! If not, click your mouse in that box until you see a checkmark. Then click OK.

FYI: The dialog screen will show you how much space you'll regain after those files are removed. And depending upon what you've been doing, it can be quite a lot!

I suggest you run this every time you surf the Internet and are done. That's when most of those "hidden" files will download and take up space on your machine.
Step2
** Organize desktop icons **

One thing I used to tell my computer students is this. When you have tons and tons of icons all over your desktop, Windows will eventually begin to lose track. And this can slow down your machine! Most are shocked and amazed when they hear this because they didn't know. Now you do!

So try to minimize how many icons you have on your desktop. For example, with my dad's computer, I moved some into folders on the desktop. This way, he stll had access to what he wanted. And the number of icons on the actual desktop was reduced.

A good suggestion is this. Any icons you don't or rarely use can be put into a folder called Misc or Miscellaneous. This way, you're not deleting them. You're merely moving them into a folder that you can access whenever you need to.

TIP: A good way to know when you really need to do this is when you see icons changing their appearance when Windows loads or shuts down. That's because Windows is beginning to lose track of them and eventually will.
Step3
Watch hard drive space

One of the most common ways people get their computers to slow down is when you begin to run low on hard drive space. So what's the problem? The problem is Windows really needs more available space in order to run more efficiently. And when that extra space isn't there, performance suffers!

FYI: This also applies to removable drives like flashdrives!

For example, if you have a 2 gig flashdrive and there's only 3 megs left, you may see it taking longer to load and access files. That's because Windows says there's not a lot of room left.

I suggest you remove files and programs you really don't need or rarely use. You can also compress various files and folders in order to conserve space.

FYI: In general, games can very easily fill up space! Many people have lots of games on their machines. And these games today can be very large in terms of how much space they require. So if you have a lot of games on there, make sure you have enough room left to keep your machine running faster and better.

TIP: A general rule I like to suggest is this. Whenever your free space gets to 10% or less of your total hard drive size, that's when performance will often really begin to suffer.

Microsoft Office for Mac

Microsoft Office for Mac Will Include Updated Tools, Web Apps
Microsoft announced that the upcoming Office for Mac 2011 will emulate many of the features of Office 2011, including the ribbon interface and the ability to access documents online via Microsoft Office Web Apps. Microsoft will also replace Entourage for Mac with a new version of Outlook for Mac, which will allow .PST files to be imported from Outlook for Windows. Microsoft recently offered the Release Candidate of Office 2010 to a small group of testers enrolled in its Technology Adoption Program.

The upcoming Office for Mac 2011 will include many of the features present in Office 2010, according to a Feb. 11 statement from Microsoft, and will roll out to consumers and businesses at an undefined point later this year.

As with Microsoft Office 2010, Office 2011 will allow Mac users to access their documents online through Microsoft Office Web Apps. Considered Microsoft’s entrant into the growing world of cloud-based productivity applications, and a competitor to offerings such as Google Apps, Web Apps features stripped-down versions of OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Users will need to access the service through a Windows Live account, and certain functions will only be present in the full, purchasable version of Office.

On the collaboration front, Office 2011 will allow co-workers to co-author documents from different locations, with features designed to prevent lost edits and other productivity issues. A Presence Everywhere feature lets users see who’s working on a document at that particular moment.

Microsoft also made the decision to integrate the ribbon, its interface tool for the most recent versions of Office for PC, into this newest Mac edition. According to a statement released by Microsoft on Feb. 11 to coincide with Macworld, "The ribbon delivers a modern and fluid experience and also gives you a more consistent experience across platforms, which is key to productivity as 75 percent of Mac users also use a PC."

As previously announced in August 2009, Microsoft also plans on replacing Entourage for Mac with a new version of Outlook for Mac as part of the Office 2011 rollout. Eric Wilfrid, general manager for Microsoft’s Macintosh Business Unit, said in an Aug. 13 statement that Outlook for Mac would include features such as a "high-speed file-based database with support for backing up files with Time Machine and Spotlight searching," as well as information rights management to help "prevent sensitive information from being [disrupted] or read by people who do not have permission."

Outlook for Mac will also import .PST files from Outlook for Windows. Built using Cocoa, the platform will utilize the Exchange Web Services protocol.

Microsoft is currently offering the Release Candidate of Office 2010 for PC to a small group of testers enrolled in its Technology Adoption Program, although a Microsoft spokesperson told eWEEK that there are no plans at this time to make that new code set available broadly.

Having slated the final version of the program for a June release, Microsoft opened Office 2010 to general public beta testing late in 2009, hoping to utilize millions of testers to ferret out any bugs or issues. By the beginning of January, some 2 million people had downloaded that beta. Microsoft had used a similar technique in the months before the release of Windows 7 to correct errors throughout the software.

Five Essential Keys to Finding Success in Internet Marketing

To start off things on a strong note this year, I wanted to share five of my top tips that I hope will assist you in your journey toward success. These are 5 things that I wish I had understood when I first started out in the Internet Marketing world. Some of these might not make sense to you right away—some things you just have to learn from experience… but I do hope to shorten the learning curve for you can start doing what you want to do as soon as possible!

1) Be able to answer the question “What do I want?”. Be specific! How exactly do you want to spend the limited time in your life, what do you want to accomplish, how do you want to feel, and what things and feelings do you desire? If you don’t know what you want, then what are you working toward, and where are you going?

If you don’t have a destination, you will simply be tossed around this industry, unable to focus or allocate your precious energy into furthering your career. When you know what it is you want, you will be able to attract it into your life.

2) Find your passion. The basic test for passion is to find something that you would want to devote most of your time to, even if there was no money involved. Some people that aspire to be Internet Marketers don’t like advertising, marketing, the internet, or networking, yet they want to do it because they think they can make some fast easy money.

Well, I’m sorry, but if you don’t love and believe in what you are doing, it will be obvious to everyone and people will run from you. What I’m saying is that you can do whatever you want, and get paid WAY more for it then a job you hate. It’s your life to design— don’t let other people tell you what you can or can’t do.

3) Take Action. Thats the simple thing that is oftentimes the difference between success and failure. Learning is wonderful and necessary, but you need to be spending focused energy towards the tasks that will actually make you money. Don’t get stuck and try to learn everything yourself— work at what you’re good at and outsource the rest. Be a CEO in your life and hire others to handle the minutia.

4) Connect with others in the industry! I know that it can be frightening at first for some shy people to reach out to others in the industry and collaborate, share, and help with, but trust me when I say that its nearly impossible to make it in this industry on your own. You will need help from others, be they joint venture partners, affiliates, team leaders, etc.

You may find it daunting, but once you start making those connections, your business will start to gain momentum, and you will project credibility and radiate success. Find those real relationships, and treasure them for they truly are more valuable than gold.

5) Don’t be selfish. While I understand that people believe that they’re acting in their own self interest by hiding their secrets or wealth, you might not be doing yourself the favor that you think. For example, if you don’t teach your affiliates or downline how to sell, then you will actually suffer in the long run by repelling people that could be generating passive income.

Trust me: when less than 5% of people that sign up for marketing programs ever even promote them, you don’t have to worry about people “stealing your secrets’. Encourage others to emulate what you do that makes you successful, open your heart, and remember that it is far more rewarding, both in the physical and mental sense, to give then to receive.

Give of yourself without expectation, and you are literally opening yourself up to the universe and will be rewarded beyond your wildest dreams.

Password to the Guest account

The default for the guest password in XP Home and Pro is BLANK...there is no password. I have been told by many even MicorSoft Reps that applying a password is not an option. Well they are all wrong. Listed below is the how to info.
To apply a Password to the guest account:
Please log on to this computer with an Administrator account and turn
on the guest account.
Click Start->Run->Type cmd and click OK.
Input the following command and press Enter. Net user guest password
Go to Control Panel->User Accounts. Click the Guest account and now you can change the password.
Thats it...it does work for I have done it many times.
